Refunds.
30 days, no questions asked.
Scanning is free, so you can see what Drawerful finds before you pay. If it still isn't right for you after buying, you get your money back.
How it works
- Within 30 days of buying, email hello@drawerful.app from the address you bought with, or include your order number. No reason needed.
- We refund the full amount, including tax, to the way you paid. Our reseller, Dodo Payments, processes it. It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- After a refund, your licence key is cancelled. Please stop using it on your Macs.
Your files stay safe
A refund never locks your files away. Putting back anything you set aside, and deleting set-aside copies for good, keep working without a licence.
After 30 days
We can't promise a refund after 30 days, but if something has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
Your rights
This policy is on top of any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. It doesn't replace them.
