Short, because there's little to say.

Drawerful reads your drives on your Mac and keeps what it learns on your Mac. It never sends any of it to us or anyone else.

The app

No account, no sign-in.
No network requests. The app contains no code that talks to the internet: no analytics, no tracking, no update checks, no uploads.
What it knows stays in one file on your Mac: the names, sizes, places and fingerprints of the files on the drives you scan. Delete that file and Drawerful forgets everything.
Your licence key is checked on your Mac, never online. It carries the name you bought it with, so the app can show who it's licensed to.
Crash reports are never sent. If Drawerful quits unexpectedly, it shows you the report next time it opens. It stays on your Mac unless you copy it and send it to us yourself.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts.
The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D desk from jsDelivr. Like any website, those services see your IP address when your browser asks them for files.
If you change the price to rupees or dollars, nothing is stored. The page guesses from your time zone, in your browser, each time.

Buying a licence

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, which sees what any checkout needs: your name, email address, country and payment details. We receive your name and email address, so we can send your licence key and help if you lose it. We never see your card or bank details.

Writing to us

If you email hello@drawerful.app, we keep the conversation so we can reply and help. We don't add you to any list.

Changes

If any of this changes, for example if the app ever checks for updates online, this page will say so first, with the date.
